Charlene joined ELAPC in 2014 as Client Services Director and Main Counselor. She previously was a residential behavioral counselor at Maryvale Orphange in Rosemead. She is a lifetime Monterey Park resident and a graduate of the University of Southern California. She is the mother of four and grandmother of two.

Vanessa joined ELAPC in 2014 as administrative assistant. She has a career in customer service in the retail industry and began as a volunteer. A native of Mexico, Vanessa currently lives in East Los Angeles and is a graduate of Mt. Saint Mary’s College.
