It’s time for the annual Walk for Peace!
This is a fun event that raises awareness and support for the services of the East Los Angeles Pregnancy Center. You can walk or run (or a little of both) while getting friends and family to sponsor you in the race. All proceeds support ELAPC and the services we provide to the women and families of our community.
This is a great way to be a part of the cause and have some fun while you’re at it. Please help us in this family friendly fundraiser.
Here’s how it works:
1. Complete the online registration form below.
2. Hard copy registration forms are available if needed. Please email Events@ELAPC.com or call 323-728-1292 to request a hard copy registration form.
3. Recruit friends and family to sponsor you with donations to ELAPC. The more sponsors you can get, the more you are able to help ELAPC! (Minimum of $20 in sponsorship is required to cover costs of the event.)
4. Keep track of your sponsors, collect your donations, and mail them to ELAPC or turn them in at the race. Whoever raises the most money for ELAPC wins an iPod Touch 32GB (5th Generation).
5. On the day of race—Go directly to the ELAPC booth BEFORE general registration.
