ELAPC was founded in 2005 as a 501(c)(3) in response to a growing need for organizations and services geared towards women in unexpected and unplanned pregnancies. We offer women the resources and education needed to make an informed and positive decision regarding their pregnancy and parenthood.
Our Services
• Pregnancy tests in a safe and confidential setting.
• Counseling and support from people who truly care
• Referrals to medical care and social services, connecting women with the resources they need.
• Material assistance including baby clothes, diapers, wipes and other essentials.
• Parenting classes focused on preparing expectant mothers and fathers for parenthood and working with current parents on parenting skills and techniques.
• Opportunity Project: Classes and assistance in gaining employment, continuing education and important life skills and tools that empower clients to better their themselves and provide a stronger home for their children.
